2. I do intervals for 15 minutes a day, 3 days each week. Intervals are great, and they leave you feeling like you have essentially done a bit of work! They involve going hard for a set time ( generally on a treadmill or even jumping rope in your living room – see my website for more ideas ), then slowing down for a set time, enough to get your breath back. Repeat for fifteen minutes.
