Treatment For Social Anxiety Disorders
When a person is suffering from social phobia or social anxiety disorder, it is best that he/she would go to a group therapy. There are groups for social anxiety disorder that he/she can join to help them deal with problems such as these. Group therapy can be divided into two sub groups. The subgroups are social support groups and therapy groups. There are major distinctions between these two groups that a person should know about. The main objective of social support groups is to give total community care to people who are undergoing such disorder. People who have social phobia will be able to engage in various community exercises and mingle with other people. The main focus of therapy groups on the other hand is helping people with social phobia through CBT or cognitive behavioural therapy while they are participating in a group.
