Almost one-third of all Americans experience constipation and other bowel related problems. A normal person will need to have at the very least two bowel motions a day. Also, the bowel transit amount of time in a number of us is repeatedly to that of a healthy person. These factors often end in problems like gas formation, constipation, abdominal pain etc. In addition, improper movement of the bowels also end in waste accumulation inside the colon, which, in turn, can result in even life-threatening diseases like colon cancer and heart problems.
