Picking a diet is a very tricky subject, and not easily understood. Some diets are low carb, some low-fat, and some others have a completely different angle. It’s extremely hard to decipher what the real truth around dieting is and what really works.
According to Rob Poulos, who happens to be the author of the Fat Burning Furnace program, most of the large corporations fail to tell the public the truth with regards to diets and diet programs. Rob also makes it perfectly clear that he has no intention of hiding the truth.
Before I actually get started with my Fat Burning Furnace Review, I’d like to mention that Rob’s system goes a long way in getting rid of all the complexities and nuances related to exercise and nutrition, and of course this makes choosing a suitable diet so much easier for the average person.
In particular, The Fat Burning Furnace makes five distinct claims, which are the pillars of the Fat Burning Furnace program. The first of these pillars is that you need to cut fat, not weight (hence, the product’s name). Poulos claims that many diets put too much of an emphasis on weight loss, instead of fat loss.
The minute people realize that Rob’s program is not about losing weight, they immediately begin calling it the Fat Burning Furnace scam, but in actual fact, that couldn’t be any further from the truth.
Rob also discusses low carb diets, and he makes no secret of the fact that he disapproves of them. He openly claims that such diets prevent your body from obtaining all the energy it needs, and that in itself slows down the fat loss process. He also claims that most of the “delivered to your door” diets which have been endorsed by celebrities may work, but at best, they tend to be very inefficient. It would be unfair not to recognize the level of honesty in Rob’s assessment of these diets. For this reason, it has been mentioned in my Fat Burning Furnace review.
Over and above what’s already been mentioned in this fat burning furnace review, Poulos also makes two other extremely controversial statements. First of all, he claims that long sessions of low intensity cardio do almost nothing in terms of burning fat. Then they goes on to say that one can actually burn more fat in 45 minutes per week than you can by doing hours and hours of low intensity cardio.
In stark contrast to other diet programs, Rob believes its best to steer clear of very restrictive diets. His reason for this is that they can result in people going on an eating binge. If all this is true, what other options are there? One option is the Fat Burning Furnace Diet. Because Rob has virtually discredited so many other fat burning diets, some people, and especially his competitors, have gone on to call this the Fat Burning Furnace Scam. However, those who have gone ahead and tried it, tend to know otherwise.
In the vast majority of cases, his program receives outstanding reviews, but with that said, some have highlighted the fact that his product focuses primarily on exercises, and that it doesn’t provide much advice regarding what you should eat. To end off my Fat Burning Furnace review, I’d say that if you’re looking for a great way to get rid of your fat, this system should be ideal.
