Types Of Food To Bring Different Flavors Into Your Eating Routine

If you have grown tired of eating the same foods all the time, then maybe you want to start branching out.

There are all types of ingredients in foreign cuisine that people in the United States do not get in their diet, which can be both delicious and healthy.

If you no longer enjoying standard chicken and beef, switch it up by trying some new types of global cuisines.

Depending on where you live, you may or may not have access to Spanish cuisine. If you have never tried paella, you must. Traditional paella is cooked using yellow rice, a wine broth and contains all different types of fish and shellfish. Look up a recipe and take it down with a glass of wine for an amazing meal.

If you live in a large metropolitan area, then chances are you’ve noticed a lot of Thai restaurants opening up in the past few years. This food has become very popluar in the America, and it is no coincidence. It is cheap, somewhat healthy, and delicious. Thai dishes use ingredients like peanuts, cilantro, and curry to create a delicious Southeast Asian cuisine.

Korean – Korean BBQ is one of my favorite types of food to eat. You are brought raw meats to cook yourself on a hot stove in front of you, and it makes for a great date. One of my favorite Korean BBQ dishes is Kim Chee, which is a spicy pickled cabbage dish. It sounds better than it is.

Indian – Depending on where you live, you may or may not have access to Indian restaurants. Hopefully you do, because this is one of the most diverse and delicious types of cuisine. Different parts of India serve completely different dishes, but some of the more common dishes that you will see on an Indian menu are Vindaloo and Tikka Masala.

Finally, one type of food that you should familiarize yourself with, whether you are American or not, is Cajun food. Cajun foods, like gumbo and crawfish etoufee, capture the heart and soul of Louisiana. This is some of the best American style cooking that can be had.
