Just do it! Just lose weight! Just stop eating! Just eat less! Just get moving! I’m sure most people out there “just” get completely exhausted of all the platitudes offered by their skinny friends. These skinny friends offer them as if they have ever found themselves in a situation that required them to drop a drastic amount of weight. Yet they act as if losing a lot of weight is simply easy even though they have no actual experience.

Just do it! I’m just teasing now…we’ve already discussed how planning and deliberation and consideration are all a necessary part of a successful HCG diet program. Motivation and determination are also vital, but they just can’t stand alone.
