If you’re wondering whether ab machines really work, let’s get into it and see what other people have experienced.
Using a simple machine will get you ripped. At least that’s what they say on the Internet and TV, but how legitimate are those claims?
Really – Are Those Legitimate Claims?
It really isn’t honest or legitimate. That’s because they are avoiding the main thing that getting ripped or building muscle is about. You have to do what we’ve always had to do.
Taking short cuts or trying to use bogus machines and tools just won’t cut it. They are just trying to make us empty promises because they know we’ll try anything to skip doing work.
Instead, if you focus on getting some good eating habits down, as well as focus on the correct workouts that build muscle, you will be in great shape.
For body fat you just have to eat less than you burn. It’s that easy, and I’m afraid it will always be that easy. You just can’t take a shortcut to lose weight, unless you go under the knife.
To see this in action, just imagine that you have eaten 1000 calories. How much do you have to burn in order to remove fat from your body? Over 1000. Pretty straight forward.
That’s all there is to it. That’s it for the dieting. Really. There is more info, of course, but those are the traditional basics which you have to follow.
You know, tons of those machines have good concepts, but they are pitching the wrong thing to you. Most of the time, I’d say in the overwhelming majority of people who work out, you can’t see your six pack because you have too much fat on top of it. It’s that simple.
You really have to strike a balance though, because if you do all diet and no workout you won’t build any muscle.
It comes down to eating the right way, and working out the right way. That’s it. From there it’s just consistency, and doing things over and over.
