I know what you are thinking: any diet, plan or system that says you can eat what you want and still lose weight has got to be a complete fraud. How in the world could that be possible?
As outrageous a statement as that seems, believe it or not, there is not only science to back it up, but the actual life experience of countless individuals. It won’t be too many years before everyone hears about this.
Before this is misinterpreted, I had better clarify something here. My assertion is very true, but there are limits. You can not take the statement about how you can eat what you want and still lose weight, to the extreme. Here’s what I mean:
It is true that if you love your fried chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy and biscuits, you will not have to give that up. In fact, it’s important to not give it up.
On the other hand, you do not get to eat like you’re in an eating contest. And there is a small amount of exercise involved.
And, let’s be realistic: half the time you will eat healthy food, but the other half, you eat the same foods you always do, so it’s not a lie when I say you can eat what you want and still lose weight.
The greatest irony in dieting, is the fact that there usually comes a point where your body’s metabolism just slows down and refuses to burn much in the way of fat, because it thinks that there must be a food shortage and it chooses to store fat for the purpose of your survival. This system fools it into actually speeding up your metabolism.
Your 10 minute exercise routine helps with fat burning too. It is known as interval training and you get the benefit of running for miles, even though you only actually exercise for five minutes of your ten minute program. It turns your body into a 24 hour a day furnace. It’s incredible.
