The last day of the week will be the Vegetarian Plus Rice Diet that consists of 1,200 calories and 500mg sodium per day.
Phase 3: the only difference between phase 2 and 3 is that in phase 3 the dieter can add 200 calories more to the overall meals of every day. Phase 3 ends only when the dieter has reached the desired weight level.
