Other meat toppings include sausage, ham and hamburger. There are specialty meat pizzas that are covered with every kind of meat imaginable and then baked to perfection.
Still other people enjoy having a vegetarian meal, eliminating all meats from their toppings. Some of the vegetables that are commonly added are bell peppers, onions and mushrooms all baked on a whole wheat crust. There is nothing more awesome than taking something fun to eat and making it healthy, too.
Some common but unusual toppings would include things like anchovies and pineapples. One has a fishy taste, while the other is very fruity. They are both very strong tastes but are more common than you might think. Other unusual toppings that are not so common are artichoke hearts, dandelions, tuna and venison. The list seems neverending as people decide they want to try something new and different on their pizza. People in other countries enjoy their own styles as well, such as those in Russia, enjoying fishes and onions while those in Brazil prefer peas.
After a big win, what better way to reward a little league ball team than with a pizza party. Even after a loss, it is a nice consolation prize.
