He is in the habit now of cooking his protein once a week for the full week. This means that when he needs it he just grabs a bag of protein and he’s all set. He does the same thing with his vegetables. And he can just grab a piece of fresh fruit to finish off the on the go meal.
He said, “I don’t think there’s any more useful advice to someone starting any fast weight loss diet than to prepare your meals early. Having something ready to go when you’re hungry makes it harder to be tempted to grab something easy to eat that’s not approved for the diet plan.”
The early preparation of all his meals has allowed Chad to avoid the last minute decisions that always lead to “exceptions” and mistakes. He feels that it’s a big factor in his success so far.
