-Start Walking – Use every opportunity you have during your work time to take a walk. Park your car further than you would normally do, it will not help much if you’re looking to tone muscles, but at least it can help increase your heart rate and in the long run, it’s better for your body too.
– Find a gym nearby – Joining a gym nearby your office will give you the option to actually workout during the long lunch breaks, and also you can opt to go the gym instead of going home and avoid the traffic rush.
-TV time – You can find more time to do exercise when you choose workouts over your TV time, if you really love the program, just record it or watch the re-runs instead of having it controlling your time.
