Think your summer is boring? Want to throw a backyard barbecue party? Are you ready to host one? It’s the summer season. You have the chance to throw a one cool summer grill party. Now’s the perfect chance to invite your friends, officemates and relatives to one exciting shindig. You can let them wear floral shirts and boarding shorts and they won’t have to weary about wearing a tux. It’s now time to clean the pool, get the thermos grill out as well as the oyster knives.
You don’t need to be an events coordinator to host your very own grill party. You just need to prepare the things that are needed to prepare. There’s the thermos grill to which you need to check that it’s working. Get your knives out especially the oyster knives because you are not only cooking pork but seafood as well.
Assuming that you have invited enough people, you can now make a grocery list. You have to list down the things you want to grill. Don’t forget the baby back ribs, pork belly, sausages, burger patties, shrimps, oysters, and fish. Do not forget to list down the spices that you need.
A party won’t be complete without the booze. You have to serve some good drinks. Buy beer for the beer lovers. You can come up with a cocktail of your own. There’s the sangria, mojitos, pina coladas and martinis. Serve something cold so that your guests can cool down from the summer heat.
You won’t manage to do all the cooking. Round up the guys who are known chefs in their own homes. It is much more fun if there are a lot of people who will do the grilling. Steaks and other food cook longer so there’s still time for mingling and talking with other people.
A party will not be fun if you don’t have any toys to play with. Get your poker table out. Throw all the inflatable pool toys into the pool. Set up the badminton net so they can play badminton. Last but not the least; make sure that there are Frisbees to throw.
This is going to be one great party. Let them enjoy and have fun. You need to have some good music. Continue to serve good food. Add in the salad, baked potato, fresh fruits like mango and watermelon.
