Raising kids takes a lot of time away from your workout time. Most busy women these days have trouble finding time to get in shape let alone keep their fitness level.
No matter the reason you can lose weight and get in the best shape of your life by training at home.
What you will need is a step platform and a pair of light dumbbells to create a 30 minute body blast that will help you literally melt inches off and get the kind of body that will turn your husbands head again.
Let me cover some basic ideas first. In order to lose weight and burn fat you must get used to the truth that you have to push your body into the fat burning heart rate (aerobic state) range. When you do you will find the fat melting off like water hitting a hot pancake griddle.
Let me state that in order to get into your fat burning range you have to look at a simple formula. This range is based on your age. I want you to take your age and subtract it from the number 220. This will give you what is known as your top heart rate range which you should never go over.
Here let me show you. I am 51 years of age. When I take 51 from 220 I get 169. This is the number of beats a minute I should never train higher than.
So my best fat burning and training heart rate range is 70-85% of my maximum heart rate range which is 169. If you go to your calculator you can quickly figure it out. Look under your Accessories on your computer and use that calculator.
Well, I need to hit a range of 70-85% of my (MHR), which is my maximum heart rate range for me which was 169.
Remember I got my (MHR) from taking my age from 220.
According to this formula my workout range falls between:
About 118-144 bpm (beats per minute). Not to bad for my age. I need to get to at least 118 bpm’s but not over 144 bpms.
Wow, things have changed since I used to teach aerobic dance way back in my late 20’s. Oh well!
Time to begin. You need to warm up before beginning this program and of course make sure you have a doctors okay.
Here is your 30 minute fat burning workout routine # 1:
Module 1:
1. Step ups 16 reps
2. Time for push ups. Give me 15 in a row.
3. Now do chest flys for 15 reps

Workout Module 2
1. Squat with a shoulder press combination 15 reps
2. Side lateral raise 15 reps
3. Bent over lateral raises 15 reps.

3rd Module
1. Static Lunges or 1 legged squats. 15 reps with 15 pulses at the end
2. My own invention. Combination curls
a)front curl 8 reps
b)side curl 8 reps
c) bent over 2 arm concentration curls
d) 8 hammer style curls

Fourth Module
1. Lunges 15 each leg
