Iced tea is also another option to prepare as these are of high antioxidants that are good for cleansing away toxins in the body and at the same time boosts one’s immune system. Mix lemon twist in your iced tea to have more flavor and it then enjoy.

Ice coffee is another good summer alternative drink to make as this is also high in antioxidants. There may be some who are afraid to drink iced coffee for believing it to be ‘bad’ for the health and they’re wrong. As long as little sugar and no or little skim milk is added it still is good to drink.

It is best that during the summer time, maintaining one’s health is not put aside. And one way to best do this is to nurture the body with beverages that are full of nutrients, stay away from carbonated drinks as these are not good for the body and the health.
