This is because our heart will be surrounded with fats that will weaken it and will cause for you to feel pain. The pain that you are feeling will worsen if you will not immediately seek help. Do not wait for you to suffer the effect of having excessive fats instead learn to control yourself from eating a lot and do some exercises daily. Living a healthy lifestyle is never too late if you will take everything seriously especially if you still value your life.
