How Many Calories Should I Eat a Day To Lose Weight? Would lYou Like The Facts?

The diet mindset is to be concerned with how many calories should I eat a day to lose weight. I have come to realize that it is not the amount of calories you eat that is important. What’s important is the quality of calories you eat each day.

It seems that starving yourself on a diet is the norm, but the body actually works in a much different manner. To burn fat you need to eat, not starve yourself. Cutting back on calories actually slows down your metabolism. What you need to be doing is speeding up your metabolism, and the way to do that is to eat the right calories throughout each day.

My name is Anne and I would like to share with you my experience. I once battled with my weight for years. I tried diet after diet, but they never kept the weight off. It wasn’t until I uncovered the truths about weight loss did I get the results I was looking for. What I mean, is that now I NEVER worry about my weight because I know I will NEVER gain it back again.

The key was realizing that diets are bad for you. Once I finally learned that, weight loss started making more sense to me. Diets slow down the metabolic rate of the body. When that happens the body starts storing food as fat to preserve itself. This is why many of you gain all, if not more of your weight back again after you go off the diet.

It wasn’t until I quit dieting did I lose my excess weight, and now I NEVER worry about weight gain. I discovered how to eat properly and now worrying about gaining weight is something I don’t even think about anymore. When you eat properly, the weight just melts away, especially if you add some simple fat burning exercises that any person can do.

Once I uncovered the truths about weight loss, eating healthier, and discovering how certain foods affect the body, my entire life changed. Now I NEVER worry about gaining weight because I know that I have “Cracked The Code” to eating healthier and weight loss.

Worrying about how many calories should I eat a day to lose weight has become a thing of the past for me. That’s something dieters worry about. I am no longer a dieter.

As an example: Consuming 500 calories from Mac & Cheese, soft drinks and pizza will be considered unhealthy calories. Compare that to 500 calories from a healthy salad, salmon, brown rice and some raw nuts. Which calories do you think the body will assimilate more favorably?

I can’t emphasize enough how making simple lifestyle changes can drastically change your life. I have been liberated from weight issues, and I hope that you can liberate yourself as well.
