How To Get Rid Of Cellulite: 5 Simple Tips

Everyone has fat on them. Thus, everyone has cellulite. You cannot completely get rid of cellulite. This is not to discourage you but to encourage you that this is a problem everyone faces, and we just all need to do our best. Even supermodels have cellulite! The best we can do is minimize the appearance of cellulite on our skin and be the best version of ourselves we can be.

However don’t fret. Here are 5 Simple Tips you can use to smooth it out.

Simple Tip #1: Exercise!

Cardio training and strength training are the double whammy. Cardio training will help you burn calories (of which some will be fat) and help you get some muscle tone. Strength training will really firm up the skin and muscles. Also, the more muscles you have, the better base metabolism you have. Cardio elevates your metabolism from base to an elevated state. Strength training will change your BASE metabolism to a higher rate.

Running and stair climbing are two great choices for cardio exercises that help improve muscle tone as well.

As far as the strength training, you want to build muscle in the areas that are most likely going to be affected, such as the butt, the thighs, and the belly.

For this, squats, leg curls, leg extensions, sit-ups, hyperextensions (reverse sit ups) are all good.

Simple Tip #2: Drink a lot of water. Give your cels all the water they need to function. This also helps clean out toxins out of your body and your skin. Your skin will naturally take on a fuller look.

You will also get rid of some fat cells this way. Fat cells surround toxins as a way of protecting your body. One way to lose the fat cells that surround the toxins is to lose the toxins of course.

Not to mention staying hydrated really helps your skin’s appearance as the cels will stay fuller and stronger.

Simple Tip #3: Body brushing helps.

It’s very simple. The best place to do this is in the shower since you’re already naked anyways.

You want to brush in circular movements upwards towards the heart. This promotes circulation and blood flow, plus a detoxifying affect since it stimulates the lymph system.

Simple Tip #4: Have a healthy diet.

This is a no brainer also. And there are many diet books out there if you want to do additional research. I will just add specifically that fiber is great for cellulite. It regulates your system well. Getting enough nutrients from natural sources (not a vitamin pill) gives your cels everything they need to do their job well. You do want a variety in your diet, and I would make sure if there’s one to include is a variety of vegetables, and include consuming them raw as well.

Simple Tip #5: This may not be so simple, but here goes: Become happy with yourself the way that you are. Read self-help books, or see a therapist. There’s no better feeling than being happy with yourself. There is something to be said with a view of yourself in its entirety and putting thoughts out into the universe. I highly recommend Rhonda Byrnne’s book “The Secret” for this. She covers “The Secret” thoroughly and uses various examples in money, love, and thankfully weight loss and weight gain! You must check this out for overall improvement in your life (and of course that includes getting rid of cellulite)

These five steps together will put you on the road for cellulite treatment naturally as well as general health and happiness.
