For this to work, the food must have nutritional content. What does that mean? It’s simple forget the chips and chocolate cake diets! You want to eat veggies, fruits, whole grains and proteins. Now how you eat them doesn’t matter too much as long as you don’t over do it. Too much of anything can be harmful! If you like them fried, baked, grilled or smothered in sauce go for it! The key to this way of dieting is proportions. You want the right amount of yummy food. The second step is sit down and think why you eat when you eat and what you eat. Ask yourself are you really hungry or are you just bored? Are you eating because others are eating around you? To make it short, having the right attitude when it comes to eating when ultimately determine how much weight you will lose. Follow these guidelines when it comes to amounts to be eaten if you want to lose weight fast.
1.For energy eat a normal size portion 2.If your just eating for socializing have a small amount 3.And the last one that is extremely important, if your eating cause your emotional have control and restraint.
Now the last consideration when it comes to losing weight and eating what you want. You will have to tweak your eating habits to control when you eat for pleasure. However if you follow this small tip this won’t be a problem at all. Chew your food slowly. Savor the flavors. The first part of digestion is chewing up your food well. Without even realizing it you will become full without eating a lot.
