The second thing you should do is dispose of some of the less than healthy foods in your home. These are foods that are high in fat, sugar and sodium. Instead, bring in healthier foods such as fresh fruits and vegatables, protein rich foods and healthy nibbles.
Thirdly, drink more water than any other drink you typically would. The increased water will help your body digest the foodstuffs you eat and eliminate the poisons you have in your body. Attempt to drink about ten tumblers of water every day.
The fourth thing you must do is a light exercise routine. No, you do not have to weight lift or run a marathon but you do have to get your blood flowing! Brisk walks, swimming and sit ups can be great exercises that can be done in a minimal amount of time. Try to commit between 20-30 mins a day to exercising, even aerobics or stretching can be great.
Eventually, cut down on the dimensions of the portions you eat. Instead increase the frequency of your meals. Smaller sized meals 4-5 times per day is much better than three big meals each day. Don’t skip any meals because you will put your body into ‘survival mode’ which causes the fat to be store instead of burned. Don’t eat anything after around seven pm to avoid the food being stored as fat in your body.
