I have a secret that kind of embarrasses me. I used to be severely over weight and unhappy at a desk job. I really liked to eat, and I some how tended to gain weight vary easily, simple as that. I didn’t go out in public with my shirt off, actually I wouldn’t even go swimming because I really didn’t like the way my body looked. The workouts were brutal. It was common for me to finish by lying on the floor in a heap wondering if I was going to be sick. But it was worth it. The results were amazing.
