Even though love handles are given a cute nickname, we all know that they are not healthy for you. No one strives for a saddlebag, or a beer gut. How about lugging around a muffin top every day. We tend to think love handles are endearing, since they sound so cute and fun. On the contrary, they are often a source of embarrassment, irritation and an annoyance. No one enjoys having their waistline expand the confines of their pants or skirt. Luckily living with this extra fat is not a requirement if you don’t want to.
