When you are making your smoothie you will need to blend your strawberries together until it is a creamy mixture. Afterwards, you will add the yogurt to the mixture that can be either frozen or unfrozen.
For those that are lactose intolerant you can leave out the milk if you want to and if you want your mix to be less cream you can remove the yogurt if you want. It really does not matter which one you eliminate because neither will take away from the rich taste of the strawberries.
