I Am Done With Having Yeast Infections!

I really hate getting yeast infections, I feel tired and irritable from the symptoms of itching and soreness, burning and the worst of it is probably the discharge, it’s just so embarrassing. I hated to go to the doctor for treatment but I did and while I was there I asked him if there was any other way to treat these infections beside prescriptions and over the counter drugs that would only treat the symptoms. He told me about a few all natural treatments that he said have worked some of his other patience. I wanted to tell you how to use them and how it reduced the duration of my infections.

Organic Yogurt- This was a little surprising to me, but apparently yogurt has been known to cure yeast infections for years! My doctor said the of the three ways that you can use yogurt as a treatment that eating some everyday was the easiest to use and to prevent new infections! Otherwise you could take a tampon that is coated with yogurt and insert it into your vaginal if you are having any kind of internal problems. For irradiation that is on the vulva, spread some on your skin on and around the area.

If your biggest problem is external itch then try rubbing a small amount on the outside. To prevent further infections and to decrease your odds of getting another infection then eat some of the yogurt each day.

Garlic- This was actually a treatment option that I had heard of before, sort of like the yogurt you can eat some of the garlic (in whatever form you choose) everyday to help prevent infections. The garlic can be used in two additional ways- peeled garlic cloves can be crushed up into a thick paste that is spread onto the vaginal area or it could be wrapped in gauze and inserted into the vagina as well.

Honey- this is best used in its natural form. Try to find unpasteurized honey from local farmers markets or organic specialty Shoppe’s. This honey needs to be place right on top of the area that is affected by the infection.
