I’ve put on more than a half stone of weight over the last month (bad I know :-(). Now here’s my plan, I’m going to go and buy myself a cheap turbo trainer and do some training in the warmth of my very own home. Hopefully this can allow me to lose a couple pounds along whilst getting fitter in the future. Now here’s ways to assist me,I would like your comments around the best cheap turbo trainers around. Here are some of my options:
Beto Turbo Trainer – Now my first choice for Cheap Turbo Trainers is a model created by Beto. This is usually a standard turbo trainer which simply clamps a hold of your bike and permits you to freely ride without moving. This turbo trainer will sure do the job and for about 50 quid is definitely a good deal.
Blackburn Tech Fluid Trainer – This might be more of a complicated cheap turbo trainer. It includes a “fluid” system to supply better resistance to the rider helping to respond towards riders cycling style. Additionally , it includes a lifetime warranty which will prove useful should the trainer breaks. At 180 odd pound it is a more expensive in comparison to the Beto trainer.
Cycleops Fluid 2 Trainer – Now this is one of the big boys of Turbo Training technologies. Cycleops are one of the top brands in the turbo training industry. Weighing in at more than 200 pounds this is not exactly a cheap turbo trainer., However with the quality, build and reputation that Cycleops posses it may be worth ago. Cycleops claim that this trainer gives a “real road feel”. Has anyone tested this trainer?
So there is my choices? I absolutely need some assistance here so people of blog land comment me and let me know what you consider is the best cheap turbo trainer around. I’m looking forward to your comments and opinions as I need to start cycling again asap.
