My young son had asked me what I could say about a shoot-to-kill order to a policeman. As a law enforcer, I find it hard to convince him of the right answer.
I gave his question a thought and since I have never used my service gun to shoot anyone, I had no plans of doing so unless called for. But it is a different story if my family’s safety is on the line.

This gadget, when fired, shoots two projectiles at a distance of 15 feet and has the capacity to penetrate up to 2 inches thick of clothing. It can function as a stun gun in close range encounters.
This weapon, when used in situations for self-defense and recorded on police files, will be replaced by a new device. Replacement will require presenting a police report regarding the incident.
Common among Tasers as a less lethal weapon is the Taser C2. Using this model involves a cartridge with compressed nitrogen, which when used is still replaceable. Its incapacitation effectiveness is faster compared to a handgun.
