Insanity Workout DVDs

If you want great positive changes in your life you will need to work very hard for them. This is the truth! There is no easy solution to go from fat to thin.

The Insanity Workout is the most difficult exercise I’ve done in my whole life. It really feels like torture while I am following the DVD.

You may think I’m trying to discourage you from ordering these workout DVDs but I’m actually not. While it feels like torture while I’m doing it, when I’m finished there’s this wonderful feeling of accomplishment. I do it every morning but Sunday and no matter what else I do I know that I did a serious set of exercises that is definitely going to get my body closer to where I want it to be.

The kind of strenuous exercise that you do with the Insanity Workout is very important if you want to burn fat quickly. Sure you can lose a lot of weight with just diet but if you add a bit of serious working out you will get to your goals far more quickly. And I believe you are far more likely to stay at your ideal weight with a combination of healthy eating and exercise than if you get there just with diet alone.

This is because when you are able to add muscle to your body (and with Insanity you will certainly be adding muscle to your body!) you make changes to your body in a permanent way. You are not just starving your excess fat off so that it just comes right back when you begin eating bad foods again; you are really changing yourself forever. Every extra pound of muscle you add burns an additional 50 calories each day regardless of whether you are active that day or not.

Another thing I think I should mention is the very cool “side effect” of strenuous exercise that I have noticed while doing the Insanity Workouts: decreased appetite. After I workout this hard I really don’t want to eat anything at all for awhile. I also find that working out this hard makes me want to eat healthy food. You do not want to put yourself through all of this only to feel like you wasted all of that effort by eating crappy junk food.
