4. Set time limits on everything: The more time limits you have the better off you will be in terms of being able to take action. After all, without deadlines most of your goals will never get accomplished. You need some sort of temporal pressure to really get things rolling.
5. Don’t always take baby steps: While it’s important to not do too much at once, it’s equally important to do enough so that you actually get results. Thus, you need to find a happy medium here. In the end, you should strive to do as much as possible while not burning out.
6. Expect setbacks: Although counterintuitive, the highest performers have the highest rates of setbacks. You see, the more you set out to achieve the more you are going to fail. So expect setbacks and don’t let them derail you.
