Most of us women have sufficient knowledge about exercise and nutrition to get a certain level of arm tone. Yet most of us fail in this arena.

Instead focus on staying consistent with your daily routines.
2. Be patient and persistent: This may sound repetitious to you, but you’d be surprised at how many women ask me for quick-fix solutions without wanting to put forth any effort. If you expect quick results without having to put forth any effort, disappointment will be your best friend.
3. Don’t expect the negative, it leads to procrastination: If you think exercising to get toned arms will be a pain, you are most likely going to put it off until something drastic happens in your life. Instead, test your assumption and begin exercising. You will probably discover that you actually enjoy it.
4. Start off by giving yourself compliments for every single little victory: The most successful people in the world all have one thing in common: the ability to manufacture optimism on demand. And you need to learn how to do the same thing. A great starting point is to give yourself positive reinforcement for every little victory. This may sound stupid, but it will teach your mind to constantly visualize positivity which will ensure long term adherence to your arm toning program.
So what’s the secret to losing arm fat? Long term motivation that allows you to stick with a program. If we could manufacture motivation and sell it in a bottle, the world would be full of overachievers in every single discipline. Thus, if you want toned arms the mind is ground zero.
Finally, taking action on this new information is critical if you don’t want to forget it. And taking action quickly is the best way to get rapid results.
