We’ve lately been voting on our previous 12-week fat loss contest, and we now have a winner! In just 12 weeks, she lost almost 10% bodyfat, dropped 34 lbs of fat, gained 8 lbs of lean fat-burning muscle and lost a total of 17 inches!
