Additionally, pizza is loaded with sodium, fat, and refined flour dough. This results in a high calorie meal that gets packed right on to your mid section.
Ice Cream
Ice Cream is loaded with calories, fat, sugar, and dairy, which contains lots of hormones and antibiotics. Ice cream is one of the most unhealthy foods that you can eat. It also contains artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, emulsifiers and stabilizers. All of these, combined, make ice cream one of the most fattening foods on the planet.
White Bread, Pasta
