This system does work! In order for you to achieve your fitness goals, you have to be committed in making healthy eating choices, determined to use the system 3-4 times a week, and lastly you have to stay focused on this path!

You might see results after the first couple weeks, but you always have to keep pushing! You have to keep pushing for that extra minute, keep pushing for that extra second!

Although you may not physically see what that extra second did, you’re slowly training your mind to successful thinking! If you were able to exercise 30 minutes and 1 second yesterday, you CAN surely do 30 minutes and 2 seconds today!
