Walking is simple and a real calorie burner. Bring along your iPod for company, or a friend. Even your dog can be a great companion, especially if you want to jog around the block during the day. If you lack energy then take up to two brief walks during the day, time your sessions and try to break your record. After a short time your body will become use to the new exercise regime, and it will be easier to walk for longer periods.

No matter what your choice of diet or exercise is, always include water. It is the healthiest drink you can put inside your body. It helps to flush out all the toxins and gives your strength. Drink as many glasses a day as possible and it will help you to burn away the excess fat that you have been storing up over time.
