My Weight Loss Story

Have you been struggling with your weight most of your life? It is a common occurrence for some one to decide that they are not happy with the shape of their body and they want to do whatever it takes to change it. I noticed that my belly had begun to grow when I got past my teenage years. No longer did I spend the better part of the day running around outside with my friends. The process was not quick, but it was successful. There was no secret diet that helped my, it was about eating right and getting more active. I exercised almost every day. I did not start out with a strenuous regimen. Eventually it grew into a lot more. Because of the effort I am now at a healthy weight.
