There are foods that we may not mind eating at all but in real sense, they will keep us from getting the healthy, radiant smooth and shiny skin that we also want. Good looking and healthy skin is a sign of good health.

To make better tasting snacks, make use of sweeteners like honey or try maple syrup. You should juggle between different tastes for you to finally find your best. Tone down on the alcohol.
You should avoid alcohol no matter what it takes. Alcohol speeds up the rate at which you skin dehydrates and becomes dry. You do not want your ski to sag prematurely and wrinkle. You will also come across one skin problem after another simply because of alcohol.
Start having a habit of eating fresh fruits. Apart from being vitamin rich, the fruits that you take will be able to break down and remove all the impurities and toxins in the body.
You most likely have heard the saying an apple a day will keep the doctor away. It is only true to some extent because apple seeds have been discovered to be dangerous to your health if eaten past a certain amount.
Smoking is also a habit that you should not think about. Smoking will make your lips darken to a degree. Premature ageing is one side effect that is sure to happen to you if you smoke and you do not want that to happen. It unbalances your weight leaving you skinny and rugged faced.
