Diet is high in fruits and vegetables but low in fat and calcium.
Power Busters This is a high fat and protein diet but low in carbohydrates. Your meal will compose of high fat meats and dairy products and not fruits and grain products. Similar to the other low carbohydrate diets, the Slim Fast Diet Plan is high in fat and low in calcium.
Eat More Diet Plan This diet restricts your calorie intake and allows only foods such as fruits, vegetables, pasta, oatmeal, soups, salads, lean meats, poultry, seafood and dairy. Foods high in fat and what we call “dry” foods are not allowed.
