Prevention: Easier Than You Think

People do not as a rule discuss how to prevent moles or warts. And you really cannot because the virus that causes these are almost everywhere.

The moles and warts virus has some variations of 80 or so types. This makes it difficult and almost impossible for us not to get in contact with people who have them to prevent them.

Does this make sense to you? There are plenty of things to look for and be careful in this matter. But I will be brief here. There are a few important health auctions here if you just had one wart fall of because you treated with duct tape method.

Now, I have your attention.

Let us start here

With the basics. And that means reviewing one more time — bear with me — that warts are caused by viruses. Here’s the logic in my thinking and the thinking of many health care professionals. If you avoid the virus, you can avoid the wart. Yes, it’s that simple.

Well, yes, it’s that simple on paper. And the following tips will make it just a little bit easier for you to find practical ways of avoiding the virus in your daily routine.

Shoes

We’re starting with your shoes. The virus that brings you the tenacious and persistent plantar wart thrives in a moist — very moist, — environment. This observation and advice comes from Suzanne M. Levine, D.P.M. This podiatrist suggests that when you’re at swimming pools, health clubs and even in locker rooms don’t ever go barefoot. At the very least wear thongs — you know, what everyone these days calls “flip flops.”

If you follow this advice (which is probably exactly what Mom told you when you went away to camp every year!), then you can avoid your feet coming into contact with the virus.

Barefoot life style is very attractive to a few types of people but remember it brings load of trouble too. When you walk around outside barefoot you are inviting all kinds of trouble like little nicks and cuts and cracks to form in your feet through which viruses enter your body.

By owning a few sets of shoes will give you the freedom to change shoes on a daily basis. This prevents moisture and same condition to continue in the same shoe again. Wear one Monday another Tuesday and so on and so forth.
