But with time you will find that you are going to experience a more positive outlook on life, and your perceptions will be sharper. Also you will be able to understand events and behaviors better. Meditation has been shown to be responsible for peoples overall better lives, and this is both physically and emotionally.
It seems that one of the biggest advantages is that people are more able to concentrate and their awareness is greater.
