If you still can’t lose the pounds, how about giving yourself your own stimulus plan? Instead of rewarding yourself after each time you lose weight, maybe giving yourself a reward before you even start working out will work.
Because losing weight is such a vicious cycle that is both physically and mentally agonizing, it is more depressing each time you step into a weighing scale and see that instead of losing the pounds, you are gaining more. Why don’t you enroll into a fitness program that helps you lose weight quicker or even ask a doctor to drain off your fat if you want to. Then you can start exercising. The wisdom behind this is that you need to prepare your mind first before you embark on a dragging routine. Seeing yourself in a skinnier frame gives you an idea that losing weight is really possible, thus, giving you a positive mental attitude. It is an incentive that you would have to carry on, and would be willing to do so seeing the result already.
The incentive plan shouldn’t be abused, though. You are giving yourself one because you wish to end the vicious cycle and start a fitness phase with a positive mindset. But relying on it fully and dodging your wellness program is not the wisest course of action to take. Remember, you desire to lose weight to stay healthy.
