6. Drink water rather than sugary sodas and calorie-filled drinks. Water will become your new best friend once you realize how it helps you take off the weight. Not only does it keep you hydrated to control false hunger signals, but it keeps your stomach full and your body cleansed. When you put all of these tips together you will start to lose the weight.
