Flexible Spine Exercise

Lift your head while keeping your back straight. When exhaling, try to round your back and also make sure that you keep your abdomen tight. Do this eight times to make your back and abdomen strong.

Stronger Back exercise

Sit upright and bend your knees. Your feet should be flat on the floor with a straight back.
