Try these natural treatments if you develop acne during your pregnancy.
Tea tree oil or lavender can be applied on the acne affected area. These are essential oils and natural antibiotics that destroy microorganisms and reduce redness, stinging, and itchiness.
Try a steam facial of boiling water mixed with a couple of drops of tea tree oil. When you’re done, splash your face with cold water so that the pores will be closed once more.
On the affected area, place a fresh garlic clove that’s cut in half.
On the acne, place a tsp of lemon juice and ground cinnamon.
Apply vinegar to the face with a cotton ball and let it sit for ten minutes and then rinse with cold water.
Good natural exfoliates are lemon or any citric fruit. What you can do is squeeze a citrus fruit, like a lemon, into a bowl then soak a cotton ball in the juice. Apply the lemon juice to the face and then leave for 10 minutes before rinsing with cool water.
