My boyfriend and his mother have been trying hard to cut down weight. They have therefore been dieting repeatedly. They will be going to weight watchers for almost their millionth time.

I pretty much used to feel nothing for them and there plans but anyway, to show my support, I tried to assist them in getting rid of all the candy in t the house. I decided to get rid of the cookie jars for them. This was so much that I could not finish it all. I threw away quite a number.

Life without candy is possible. In fact, you can have a variety of fruits all blended well to make you not get tired of having the same banana everyday. You could have a fruit salad, or have them cut into your cereals.

No kidding, easting candy is a difficult habit to quit. It will cost you an arm and a leg but you in the end will get used to nice old natural fruit.
