Experiencing Social Phobia
Social anxiety is the fear of social situations and the interaction with other people that may unconsciously deliver on emotions of self-consciousness, judgment, evaluation, and censure. Looked at in another manner, social nervousness is the worry and nervousness of being judged and evaluated negatively by different individuals, resulting in emotions of inadequacy, embarrassment, humiliation, and depression. If an individual normally becomes anxious in social conditions, but seems positive when they’re alone, then “social anxiety” could be the problem.
