My Experience with Beach Body Insanity Workout

This previous year I stumbled across a commerical on the tube about a fitness routine called Insanity. I understand noticing it on tv late one evening does seem very cliche but that is how I learned about it. These folks were exercising so intensely. Going through high intense routines. It all seemed tough. Of course I was impressed with the before and after photographs. I knew results might be atypical however I was looking for a fresh workout routine to lose weight. I was weight lifting plus doing a bit of slow steady cardio workouts a few times each week however I had not been shedding the weight I desired.
