Thousands of books are available to the general public nowadays supporting the diet method of weight loss where individuals are decreasing caloric intake in an effort to decrease weight. The main problem is several people are not dieticians and inadvertently starve their body of required nutrients during this weight loss procedure. This reduction of nutrients in fact encourages the body to store fats and calories having the opposite intended effect.
