With this recipe, that is termed as cranberry orange stuffed turkey, you can add little spice to the Thanksgiving recipe and the dish can be served along with yummy sauce. To begin with, you will require 18-20 pound fresh turkey. For stuffing, you will need; 3 cups cranberries, 1-1/2 cup orange juice, cup sugar, 1 cup melted butter, 1 package herb seasoned cubed stuffing, 3 cups celery, 2 medium onions which should be chopped tsp pepper, tsp all spice plus few salt to taste.

For making sauce, you will just need 2 packages of frozen cranberry-orange sauce plus cup orange juice.

First, you need to mix up cranberries, sugar plus orange juice in 3 quart pan and start cooking them on medium-high heat. Keep stirring them until cranberries pop and sugar dissolves. On the other hand you can mix up the remaining stuffing ingredients in a mixing bowl and also start preheating your oven to 325degrees. Combine the cranberries mixture into the stuffing mixtures and mix them properly. Now you can start stuffing the turkey with the stuffing mixture. Once the stuffing is complete, you can keep the stuffed turkey in a roasting pan and start baking it as directed on the turkey package. In general it requires 5-6 hours for turkey to be fully cooked. You can also insert the meat thermometer inside the turkey and check whether it is cooked or not. If the thermometer is showing 180 degrees in thigh portion of the turkey, then you can take out the turkey from the oven.

On the other side, do not forget to make sauce which is going to be served with the stuffed turkey. You can combine all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and start cooking them on medium-high heat, say for 4-5 minutes.

Now you can serve the cranberry-orange stuffed turkey with the sauce and enjoy your wonderful dinner!
