There are many acne treatments on the market and everyone wants to sell you the latest and greatest acne treatment. Everything from benzoyl peroxide which is toxic and drys out your skin and make’s it red to pharmaceutical drugs and more. Most acne treatments are dangerous and cause problems in the body as far as health goes because the ingredients are toxic.
The first thing that I recommend you do right away to clear up your skin is to drink more pure water each day. You should drink 50% of your body weight in ounces of spring or purified water on a daily basis. I don’t recommend that you drink tap water because tap water has been found to contain traces of pharmaceutical drugs, chlorine, fluoride, metals and even more. Tap water is no longer safe drinking water in my opinion and because of the things contained in it you will have a harder time clearing your skin internally with such low quality water.
Some uninformed and uneducated dermatologists and doctors still think that diet has nothing to do with acne. Saying this is like believing that diet has nothing to do with your weight and whether you are obese or not. Whatever you put in your cellular environment has an effect on your organs and your skin just happens to be the largest organ in your body. It’s important to eat healthier higher quality food in order to keep your skin clear and healthy.
I also recommend that people watch the cosmetic & skin care products that they use more closely as well. Many cosmetic and skin care products contain ingredients which make it hard for your body to operate like it naturally should. Things like sodium lauryl sulfate, benzoyl peroxide, propylene glycol and parabens make it harder for your body to operate and stay clear.
