Hi Fast Trackers, Happy Friday! I’m so thrilled to announce that the 2011 Fast Track Retreat will probably be here in my home town of Hermosa Beach, CA July 8th and 9th! This retreat is going to be amazing, as Gunter, Chad, and I, and all of the awesome Fast Track Trainers, will lead you through a striking, educational weekend. Most importantly, it’s going to be packed full of fun with fantastic workouts and social events that you wouldn’t like to miss.

I have to laugh a bit; I got up really early to go down to the beach to do my blog on the sand where we’ll be working out together in July. As expected, there had been a couple of road-blocks, as the waves are expected to get big and crazy today! Gunter had visions of me getting knocked over by a wave while telling you all about the fantastic upcoming retreat! So, we decided to play it safe and fire this announcement here on our deck.
All kidding aside, please say a special prayer for the people that had been troubled by the tragic earthquake in Japan. Life is so vulnerable, keep in mind to live everyday to the fullest and under no circumstances take anything for granted.
