People across the globe have been doing qi gong for hundreds of years. It is an art which can be done by any person at any age. The softest qi gong practice incorporates a flowing, back and forth routine of bringing in the energy from the universe, then releasing it back. It centers on love and forgiveness leaving one feeling renewed and at peace. Cancer patients can be seen on the streets in China, using this ancient art each day. This technique can be accomplished at any time of the day and is encouraged to produce a positive state of health for any one at any age.
